The Reserve Bank of India has issued an indicative calendar for market borrowings by State Governments and Union Territories for the October to December 2026 quarter. Total borrowings are expected to reach ₹3,60,820 crore. The calendar covers 25 States and 2 UTs under the Benchmark Issuance Strategy framework, with actual auction details to be announced shortly before events based on requirements and market conditions.
The Union Cabinet has approved Green Energy Corridor Phase III with a total outlay of ₹1,86,405 crore.
